Our stitched range consists of items which are originally released by brands as Unstitched items only. Janan stitches these items into standard sizes so they are ready for you to wear! There may be variations in the stitching style and the embellishments compared to the catalogue image.

Professional packing and fast shipping

Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will be able to pack the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. Your products will go through an exhaustive inspection and securely secured prior to being shipped. We ship to thousands clients every day in a variety of countries. This is a testament to our commitment to be the biggest online retailer in the world. These warehouses are in Europe as much as they are in the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a different processing period for each item.
Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. The actual stock can change at any moment. Be aware that it's possible for your order to run out of stock even after you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be used and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
