Our stitched range consists of items which are originally released by brands as Unstitched items only. Janan stitches these items into standard sizes so they are ready for you to wear! There may be variations in the stitching style and the embellishments compared to the images

Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products in accordance with our exact and accurate specifications. Before shipment, all items are carefully examined and safely secured. Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date depending on the item.
Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not control it completely because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
To be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
