Our stitched range consists of items which are originally released by brands as Unstitched items only. Janan stitches these items into standard sizes so they are ready for you to wear! There may be variations in the stitching style and the embellishments compared to the catalogue image.

We have a range of shipping options because of our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are trained to pack your goods exactly as per the specifications we offer. Before shipment, all items will be thoroughly examined and secured. We ship to thousands clients every day from all over the world. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.
Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are shipped within 48-hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Be aware that your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
